Microblading is a semi-permanent tattooing technique that uses a very fine micro-blade to create hairlike strokes to fill in thinning or sparse eyebrows. This procedure is a two step procedure: The Initial procedure & a touch up procedure (recommended) within 4-6 weeks.

The touch up or the “perfecting session” is highly recommended to fill any any part of the eyebrows where pigments did not take. Everyone have a different skin type and will react and heal differently. Most people will require a touch up while a small percentage of people will not require a touch up.

Microblading (or eyebrow embroidery) is a relatively new, manual method. It is considered to be semi-permanent, as compared to the traditional hairstroke technique. It is done using a very fine blade to deposit pigments into the epidermis. Because we’re impacting color closer to the surface, the strokes appear crisp and very fine. There is no “spilling” under the skin. This method is ideal for anyone wanting to enhance the look of their eyebrows. The results are natural looking, hair-like strokes, regardless of the amount of hair present. People suffering from alopecia, trigonometrical or any other condition that causes hair loss benefit greatly from Microblading, as well as people who simply aren’t happy with their eyebrows.
The pigments used in this method have been formulated to match your original eyebrow color, and if the eyebrows are still present, blend perfectly into them. The results are a natural, flawless, fuller looking brow. Initially, the brows appear darker, but fade significantly over a two week period. It is absolutely crucial to have a touch up done, as it is very difficult to predict how well the skin will retain the pigment.

Brow shading technique gives your micro-bladed brows an enhance shading look.

Ombré Shading provide your micro-bladed brows with an enhance look using two different brows color, one lighter than the other.

Phibrows has a unique shape that is measured using the golden ratio and has more hair strokes than the microblading. PhiBrows is recommended for people with lesser hair on their eyebrows. The 3D Microblading is more for people who have more hair on their eyebrow and want to achieve a fuller look. Also it is up to your personal preference to which style you prefer. Below are photos highlighting the difference between the two techniques.

Anaesthetics (Numbing Cream) are used for your comfort. Some clients find the procedure a little uncomfortable, whereas other clients report no discomfort at all.

Permanent makeup colors should be selected to compliment a person’s skin tone, hair, and eye color. A conservative approach is best because it is easier to make an existing color darker versus lighter in your follow-up appointment. Colors will always look darker and more intense immediately following a procedure (up to three days) then on the fourth day, they will lighten at least 40- 50%. Then over the next four week, the color will gradually lighten and soften. Please allow 6 weeks BEFORE you have your touch-up treatment.

You may not do this procedure if:

You are under 18
You get Keloid scars
You are pregnant or breastfeeding
You have been on Accutane within 1 year of the procedure.
Have HIV or Hepatitis or any other viral infections and/or diseases
Undergoing Chemotherapy
A Pacemaker or major heart problems
Had an organ transplant
Sick (cold, flu, ect. Will affect the healing process, please reschedule)
You have irritation of the skin of any kind such as blemishes, pimples, rash, psoriosis, eczema, rosacea, sunburn on the area of procedure.
You are on Retin-A or Retinols. Be off 7 days before appointment and avoid 30 days after
You generally don’t heal well and develop infections easily

It is semi-permanent. Microblading can last anywhere between 12-18 months depending on skin types and how well your skin retain the pigments. It will eventually fade over time and a retouch is required to renew.

No, not for at least 10 days. Getting them wet may cause premature lifting of your scabs and increase the chance of infections and loss of pigment. You must keep them dry to avoid complications and undesired results such as smudgy blurred lines, scar tissue, and uneven pigment. (You may wash your eyebrows briefly and dab it dry before putting on the ointment)

Yes,it is important to wash the area daily and avoiding activities that would cause stress to the area such as friction, long hot showers. Immediately dab the eyebrows dry with a clean towel and apply healing ointment 2-3 times a day. Chemicals found in makeup and cleansers may alter the color of the pigment and affect the healing process.

Immediately after, the area will be EXTREMELY dark and get darker over the next 2 days as a scab forms in the area. 30-50% of your pigment will be in the scabs. Over the next 7-14 days your scabs should flake off bit by bit. Some people scab in light flakes and some develop a thick scab.

Everybody is different, but whatever you do, do NOT pick at the scabs and make sure you read through and follow the AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS properly to obtain the best results.

If the scabbing phase is not over by 14 days, please continue your Aftercare instructions until scabs are completely gone.

After the scabbing phase is over, you will see that the color of your pigment appears foggy and muted in color because a layer of skin has grown over the pigment to seal it in. Not to worry, over the next several weeks your skin will regenerate and the pigment will be more vibrant in color. The complete healing process takes at least 6 weeks which is when the true orientation of the pigment will show.

For most people, there shouldn’t be too much of a problem going to work or being out in public, as long as you’re good at following aftercare instructions. However, some people may develop thicker scabs and have minor swelling. You may take an Advil or apply an icepack after your treatment to reduce swelling and discomfort.

It usually takes 2 sessions for desired results. That’s why one free touchup is included and is strongly recommended. Additional touchups (at a minimum charge) may be necessary to achieve desired results as everyone heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results.

The first appointment is about structure, design, and building hairstrokes. The touchup is about seeing how the skin heals and retains pigment, as well as making any necessary adjustments to achieve better symmetry and volume If you don’t feel the need for it, then it is not necessary.

Do NOT DRINK ALCOHOL or CAFFEINE before the procedure (at least 24hrs for alcohol)
Do NOT TAKE ADVIL or other blood thinners such a Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E and/or Ibuprofen unless medically necessary, 48-72 hrs prior to your procedure. Extra strength Tylenol can be taken if you have low pain tolerance.
If you have recently tanned this will affect the outcome of the healed colour.
If you’ve had laser removal of previous work done by someone else, the treated area has now more scar tissue and can affect the outcome of the result. More treatments may be necessary to have the skin take the colour.
Botox should be done 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after the procedure.
Avoid exercising the day of procedure as this will open up the pores.
Please note that you will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.
No waxing or tinting 3 days before

Immediately following your procedure, the tattooed area will appear to be darker and bolder in color and more sharply defined. Over the next 2 days it will appear even darker and thicker as scabs begin to form. Let the scabs naturally flake off bit by bit. It will take up to 14 days for scabbing to be over.
You may NOT get the area wet or apply any kind of products (except for ointment) for at least 10 days after.
NO makeup on the area for 2 weeks.

Microblading Process

Step 1 – Measuring

I measure and mark your face using several different measuring tools to help achieve the best proportions and symmetry for your bone structure.

Step 2 – Shaping

With eyebrow pencil, I draw in a general shape in accordance with the markings we have made. We may adjust the shape and thickness as many times as you’d like until we achieve the desired look.

Step 3 – Micropigmentation

We numb the area, choose a pigment best suited for your skin and hair color, then start the tattooing procedure (please note that for Eyebrows, tattooing is done by microblading, which is different than the traditional tattoo done by machine. If you get keloid scarring, this treatment will NOT be suitable for you.)

Touch-up pricing and appointments do NOT apply to tattooing over work previously done by another artist. You must book an initial

appointment first to receive touch-ups.

· ONE free touch up which must be booked after 6 weeks and no later than 10 weeks after your initial appointment.

· 1-6 months $150
· 6-9 months $250
· 9-12 months $300
· Full price after 12 months (with one free touch-up)

Results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each individual client. Some people at times have a resistant skin type where the ink doesn’t like to take. You may need more than one touch up if you are one of the few that fall into this category. Successful results are not guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin) and additional sessions, at a minimum charge, may be required to obtain desired results. Although I use premium products and provide quality services, every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. I do not guarantee perfect proportions or symmetry as some bone structures and muscle movements do not call for it. The final shape is completely your decision, and tattooing will not start until you decide on the final shape. All services provided are non-refundable.

You will receive one free touch-up appointment, which must be booked no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 10 weeks after your first session. You will lose your free touch-up if you choose to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment and a minimum charge will apply for rescheduling. If you choose to book your touch-up after 10 weeks, there will be a minimum charge. This touch-up appointment is strongly recommended to achieve desired results. Additional touch-up appointments will be charged depending on the time frame after your initial appointment.
